July is more than halfway over already. What? I know a lot of people hate the heat, but I love it and have been soaking up as much summer fun as I can. We spent as much time outside as possible this weekend visiting two farmers markets (we go to the Petworth Community Market every week and hit up the Dupont Circle market on Sunday) and walking through Meridian Hill Park. This is the first time I’ve been there when the fountains were actually operating – so pretty! Here are our best bets to help you make the most of another fun-filled midsummer week.

Belgian Restaurant Week at Delirium USA
I already mentioned DC’s Belgian Restaurant Week, but Leesburg’s Delirium USA is getting in on the fun as well. Delirium will be featuring a Belgian Beer Showcase including Belgian beer flights and a complete Belgian takeover of 25 taps. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste exclusive releases and rarities. There will also be prix fixe menu including a variety of Belgian specialties. These specials will run through July 21st.
